Terms of Sales  

 

1. Rental contract: the rental terms and conditions that the tenant must validate when booking are included in the detail of the reservation which is equivalent to the rental contract (contract concluded electronically)

2. Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the specified day and according to the time slot agreed with the owner before your arrival.

 

3.Departure: The departure times are indicated on the reservation. There can be no departure outside these ranges unless the owner agrees.

 

4. Duration of stay: The tenant signing the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

 

5. Modification of the reservation - date, duration, number of people, addition of extra: The period of the stay and the number of people can be modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, implying adjustments at the level of the tariffs (The tariffs being personalized according to the days of the week / WE and season). Beyond that, the stay is not modified at the level of the period, and the number of people can no longer be adjusted.

 

6.Payment: No payment on booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date (If payment is not made 30 days prior, booking is canceled)

 

7. Specificity / Exception for Reservations With a "Non-Refundable" Rate: Payment is made at the time of reservation. The cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the reservation. No circumstance (government restriction, emergency situation, epidemics, natural disasters, military conflicts) justifies receiving a refund for this type of rental. The stay cannot be modified in terms of dates (arrival, departure or duration), the extras or additional people can be added according to the conditions provided by the accommodation.   

 

8.Cancellation by the tenant: 
If the tenant wishes to cancel 30 days before arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
For less than 30 days, the cancellation fees are 100% of the amount of the stay.

 

9. Cancellation by the owner: The owner can cancel a stay if he is not able to receive you.
If the owner cancels 30 days before your arrival there is no cancellation fee.
If the owner cancels within 30 days, the entire stay is returned to the tenant - the stay is canceled

 

10.Conclusion of the contract: The reservation is effective as soon as full payment for the stay is made, no later than 30 days before arrival. If payment is not made 30 days before the date of arrival, the reservation is canceled.

 

11. Interruption of the stay - Delayed arrival: Any stay which has been the subject of a reservation, whether started or not, is due in full. No reason given can justify a refund. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.

 

12.Person with reduced mobility: The Accommodations are not wheelchair accessible

 

13. Equipment and games: Children are the responsibility of parents or, failing that, their legal guardian. The owners of the plane trees do not accept any responsibility if ever an accident should occur.

 

14.Non-smoking accommodation: It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the Accommodation, even with the window open. An ashtray is available outside. Thank you for putting the sets of butts and matches.  

 

15.Invoices: Invoices for stays are to be requested from the owner during your stay (invoices by email or printed)

 

16. Layout of rooms and furniture: The furniture must not be moved without the explicit agreement of the owner.

17. Skeptical pit - Rule of use: Prohibition to put wipes or other in the toilets

 

18.Number of people / capacity: The reservation has been made with a defined number of people (children and babies count as one person). The owner is entitled to refuse the rental without refund if the number of people is not respected. In this case, no refund will be made, the stay is canceled by default of the tenant.

 

19.Visit of the premises by the owner - Access: The Tenant may not oppose the visit of the premises if the Owner or his agent so request. (Need access to electrical panels, water inlet valve, boiler maintenance, etc.).

 

20.Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. Parties and other noise pollution are prohibited

 

21.Animals: This contract specifies that the tenant cannot stay in the company of a domestic animal. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made, the stay is canceled by default of the tenant

 

22. Assignment and Subletting: Any assignment of a rental, any total or partial subletting, any provision, even free, is strictly prohibited. The Lessee may not leave the disposal of the premises, even free of charge and / or by loan, to a person outside his home.

 

23.Visitors-Friends: Visits are of course authorized, but the total number of people (tenants included in the rental contract as well as visitors) must not exceed  housing capacity. It is a legal limitation compared to the surface of the accommodation. A supplement applies for each visitor. The owner must be informed of the number of visitors.  

 

24. Security deposit or surety
Before the tenant arrives, a security deposit is requested by the owner, usually by taking a credit card loan / pre-authorization. In the event of default in payment, entry to the premises will not be accepted. It will be returned within 7 days of the end of the rental if no damage is noted within 48 hours of the tenants leaving. Otherwise, the tenant will assume, in addition to the rental costs, any damage caused to the house, as well as the cost of replacing any lost, destroyed or damaged object, and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration. of the rental, the price of cleaning dirty quilts, painted walls, ceilings, windows, curtains, bedding, etc. The tenant is liable for any damage that he or the accompanying persons may cause intentionally or through negligence.

 

25.Litigation
Any complaints concerning the rented accommodation must be made as soon as possible by email to contact@ledomainedesplatanes.fr, within 48 hours of entering the premises, accompanied by supporting documents. Once this 48 hour period has passed, complaints cannot be taken into consideration.

 

26-Regulation of balances / extras / Taxes: In the event that there is a balance to be paid upon arrival, or an extra added to the rental during your stay, payment can be made via a secure email requesting payment sent by the owner, with payment by credit card, or failing that in cash directly to the owner.
